Tom
I joined Prime Slots recently, made my first £10 deposit and claimed the bonus no problem. I then went on to win more than £700 on Starburst when I thought I'll leave it there and not bother gambling anymore. I come back a couple of days later to withdraw my money as I was away at the time and didn't have any ID to request a withdrawal there and then. As I try to login it will not work, request password reset, doesn't work, contact customer support and they don't even respond. Absolutely useless.
